Easter 2004 Itenary

Thursday 8th of April.

Check in after 4.00 pm
7.00 pm Dinner in the Main Canteen Hall.
For all those that have not checked in yet, we will be in the main building After 7.00 am
7.30 am. Breakfast ( Main Canteen Hall. )
12.30 pm. Lunch ( Main Canteen Hall. )
2 00 pm . Cricket game down at the beach if the weather allows.
Trip to find Oceana Green Targa
7.00 pm . Dinner ( Main Canteen Hall. )

Saturday 10th April

7.30 am Breakfast ( Main Canteen Hall. )
8.30 am Leaving for Burleigh Heads to Private museum.
Convoy leaves at 8.45 on the dot from the car park.
12.00 pm Leaving Museum and heading back for lunch.
12.30 pm Lunch ( Main Canteen Hall. )
2.30 pm. P76 national Concourse.
At the southern end car park. $5.00 entry for all those staying off site.
7.00 pm Dinner (Main Canteen Hall.)
8.00 pm Cruise in your car up to Surfers Paradise and look at the local Sites and night life.
Also a look at a local Car Club . Be warned drive responsibly.
The Police are out to make some money.

Sunday 11th April

7.30 am Breakfast ( Main Canteen Hall)
8.45 pm Meet in the Main Car Park for the Day trip
up through the Hinterland Our meeting point will
be at our Lunch Venue. Your instructions are in the
bag.
9.00 am Leave the car park. The drive will take
you around 2 hours to complete.
1200 pm Lunch at the Eagle Heights Hotel Motel.
Excellent view and buffet style Lunch.
3.00 pm Leave the lunch venue for the return trip
to the Centre for the Raffle.
4.30 pm P76 national raffle. All those tickets that
you bought are now on the line..
Be there for the Raffle.
6.30 pm. Bus arrives for the Dinner venue.
6.45 pm Bus leaves. This will not be extended.
If you miss out then you will have to make your
own way.
7.15 pm Dinner at the Marriot Hotel.
9.45 pm Bus will arrive outside for the return
trip.
10.00pm Bus leaves for Tallebudgera Camp. Hope you
enjoyed your meal..

Monday 12th April

7.30 am Breakfast ( Main Canteen Hall.)
8.30 am Delegates Meeting in the Common Room.
9.00 am Hope you enjoyed your time on the Gold
Coast, and we will see you all next year.
On behalf of the Queensland P76 Owners Club I hope you all enjoyed your stay.
A special thanks to all those interstate and overseas members who made the effort to come over or up to the Gold Coast.
I would really like to thank all the Committee for their help in preparing for this event and also thanks to all those that donated prizes for the raffle.

MEALS FOR THE national MEETING

Mouth watering aussie beef, served with baby honeyed carrots minted, peas, baked potatoes, pumpkin and glace gravy, followed with chocolate mousse & vanilla wafers, tea, coffee, juices & water.
BREAKFAST - Assorted Cereals, Omelette & Muffins
Assorted omlettes, served with fresh baked muffins, toast, muesli, corn flakes, rice bubbles, wheat bix, seasonal fruits, tea, coffee, juice & water.
LUNCH - Foccacia Breads & Salads
Fresh baked foccacia bread with assorted savoury toppings, served with an assortment of garden salads, seasonal fruits, tea, coffee, juices & water.
DINNER - Tempura Fish, Chip & Salad
Blue whiting fillets in crispy golden batter, served with chips, garden fresh salad, lemon wedges & tomato sauce, followed by peaches, ice cream, tea, coffee, juices & water.
BREAKFAST - Assorted Cereals, Bacon & Eggs
Crispy bacon, eggs sunny side up, toast, muesli, corn flakes, rice bubbles, wheat bix, seasonal fruits, tea, coffee, juice & water.
LUNCH Crusty Knot Rolls, Cold Meats & Salad
Fresh baked crusty rolls, thinly sliced ham, turkey with your choice of watercress, alfalfa, beetroot, cheese, cucumber, mixed lettuce, tomato served with seasonal fruits, tea, coffee, juices & water.
DINNER - Juicy Roast Pork & Apple Sauce.
Baked roast pork with crackling, apple sauce, baked potatoes, pumpkin, mixed vegetables & gravy, followed by ice cream, apple crumble, tea, coffee juices & water.
BREAKFAST - Pancakes, Grilled Breakfast Sausages & Tomato
Chef's golden brown Pancakes & maple syrup, grilled sausages, tomato, toast, muesli, corns flakes, rice bubbles, wheat bix, seasonal fruits, tea, coffee, juice & water.
LUNCH - Cold Meats & Salad Buffet
Fresh sliced breads, assorted meats, a selection of 6 garden fresh salads, seasonal fruits, tea, coffee, juice & water.
DINNER - FULL BUFFET SEAFOOD & ROASTS AT A RESTRAUNT.

Complimentary morning tea, consisting of fruit, biscuits, juices & water is provided daily.
